First, if you are a client and this is an issue related to your song, contact your engineer that was issued to you when you first ordered. If it’s a design issue, please contact your designer directly. If it’s anything else that you ordered, you can open a ticket on the “open ticket” page or message anyone with a verified blue badge next to their name anywhere on our site. Not everything turns out perfect the first time and the fastest path to a great outcome is clear and direct feedback! If you have yet to order anything and you need help, you may also open a new ticket “after creating an account” or again you can message anyone with a blue verified badge on our website.
Are There Any Long-Term Contracts?
Real Muzic never has a contract!
If you sign up for a monthly plan, you’ll be billed monthly and can cancel anytime.
If you purchase a one time service, then of course you’re not obligated to anything.
Do You Give Refunds?
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. We offer unlimited revisions on all our work, so there will be no need for a refund. We promise to bring your vision to life.
What Type Of Music Do You Mix & Master?
We work on all types of music! Yes that’s correct. We work with EVERY genre, its sub-genres, and in any language! Our professional engineers and producers have been at work mixing and mastering for over 20 years.
What Type Of Graphics Do You Design?
Anything and everything. From logos, to album covers, to social media templates. There isn’t anything we can’t do.
When I Order Custom Instrumentals/Beats Do I Own Exclusive Rights?
Yes you do. Once you get with our producers, and the instrumental is to your liking, we will send you a contract stating your exclusive rights ownership. You will own the instrumental 100%.
