These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Real Muzic platform operated by Real Muzic ENT. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Platform Use

Real Muzic provides music, video, news, social, and creator tools. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to manipulate any metrics, payments, rankings, or engagement systems.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account information, account activity, and maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering.

User Content

You represent that you own or control the rights necessary to upload, publish, stream, distribute, monetize, or otherwise use any content you submit. You may not upload infringing, stolen, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or unauthorized content.

By submitting content, you grant Real Muzic ENT the right to host, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, stream, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, improving, and monetizing the platform, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

Likes, Views, Plays, and Analytics

Metrics shown on the platform may include validated activity, moderated activity, adjustments, and other platform-side calculations. Real Muzic ENT may correct, remove, freeze, or adjust any metrics at its discretion to address invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, technical issues, or moderation decisions.

Monetization and Earnings

Eligible users may earn money per 1,000 views and/or plays, but the exact amount may depend on performance, subscription level, program eligibility, content quality, and platform rules. Real Muzic ENT may change eligibility rules, rates, requirements, or payout structures at any time.

Earnings are subject to verification, anti-fraud review, policy compliance, and any other program conditions we apply. Displayed analytics or public counts do not guarantee payout eligibility.

Fraud and Enforcement

Real Muzic ENT uses anti-fraud systems and monitoring tools to detect fake views, fake plays, manipulation, bot traffic, coordinated abuse, suspicious engagement, payout fraud, and other misuse. If we detect or reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, we may withhold all earnings, reverse or remove metrics, disable monetization, suspend content, ban accounts, or take any other action we believe is appropriate.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use bots, scripts, account farms, fake traffic, deceptive techniques, scraped content, fake identities, unauthorized payment methods, or any system intended to manipulate platform performance, visibility, or payouts. You may not harass others, post illegal content, or violate intellectual property rights.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, demonetize, or terminate accounts, content, or access at any time for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, legal risk, security reasons, or platform integrity concerns.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Real Muzic ENT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific earnings, continued monetization, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Real Muzic ENT disclaims warranties and limits liability for damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Real Muzic ENT and the Real Muzic platform collect and use information to operate a music, video, and social entertainment service where users can create accounts, upload content, stream content, interact with others, and access creator features.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as full name, username, email address, password, gender, and date of birth. We also collect profile details, uploaded music, videos, comments, likes, messages you send through the service, and any content you submit to the platform.

We may collect device, usage, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, cookies, log data, language preferences, and activity events related to streams, views, plays, likes, comments, and platform navigation.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and improve the service, create and manage accounts, personalize the platform, show analytics, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, enforce policies, support monetization features, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations.

Views, Plays, Analytics, and Anti-Fraud

Real Muzic uses anti-fraud systems to validate views, plays, engagement, and monetization activity. We may review playback activity, viewer patterns, device signals, account behavior, and related technical data to detect manipulation, fake traffic, bots, abuse, or payout fraud.

If suspicious activity is detected, we may adjust analytics, remove invalid views or plays, freeze earnings, withhold payouts, suspend features, or terminate accounts.

Creator Monetization

Some users may be eligible to earn money through views and plays. Payout amounts may vary based on factors including performance, subscription level, eligibility, program rules, content quality, advertiser or platform considerations, and fraud review. Monetization eligibility is not guaranteed.

How Information May Be Shared

We may share information with service providers, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics vendors, fraud-prevention providers, legal authorities when required, and other parties involved in operating the service. Public profile information and content you choose to publish may be visible to other users.

Data Retention

We may retain account, analytics, moderation, transaction, and anti-fraud information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.

Your Choices

You may choose what content to post and certain profile information to display. If you want to request account-related help or removal of certain information, you may contact Real Muzic ENT through the platform’s support or official contact channels.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect platform data. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The platform is not intended for users under 13. Users must meet the minimum age requirement stated on the platform to create an account.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates may constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
